“The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. “We commissioned Unit 3 to carry out concept designs, detailed design and technical design stages for a two story rear extension in Cheshire. The design brief was to have a combined living/kitchen space, create an extra bedroom and enlarge the existing bedrooms and family bathroom whilst creating lots of natural light. Martin's talent was evident from the concept sketches, exploring options we hadn't thought possible. After listening to our "must haves" and getting to the bottom of our lifestyle and daily routine, we soon developed our perfect design together. The quality of work has been exceptional and unlike some of the other architects we approached, Martin was able to turns designs into reality via 3D generated images. He even created an augmented reality of our house! Martin's professionalism and dedication to our project has made the design stage a real success. Meetings have been at times to suit our busy schedules, most being in the evenings or weekends at no extra cost.
