“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

Their combination of architectural knowledge and experience was critical to solving several complicated challenges in our space - especially in dealing with the difficult triangular footprint of much of our house - solutions we never would have come up with on our own. “Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was recommended from a contractor that was bidding our project. We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)”

“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”
