“I would like to comment on the below 'review' by Gemma Browne. Whilst I have not worked directly with Model Projects I was engaged by Ms Gemma Browne and Mr Nick Moodie as their Interior Designer following on from Model Projects, and it was my recommended Contractor that took on their building works in SW2 As an independent interior designer with 20+ years in the industry I found my professional experience with these clients to be 'very difficult'. They raised disputes not just with Model Projects, but with myself, the Contractor, Trades and Suppliers and we all found that they consistently attempted to reduce their financial commitment for the payment of goods and services, despite being given huge goodwill gestures and considerable trade discounts. There are factual inaccuracies in the below review and unfortunately this client has not managed to maintain a respectful relationship with many of the professionals they engaged on their project. It would be fair to say that the below review can be disregarded as a small and petty attempt to damage a hard working small business reputation that all the other reviews show to be excellent.”

“Karim did a great job in providing the structural plans and calculations for our project and took the time out to explain and go through them clearly with me to ensure that we understood what they were saying - which was hugely valuable as it's very difficult to decipher structural plans for a layman. In addition he made sure that he was on hand to provide any updates as and when and went out of his way to ensure that we could contact him at any time directly. Thank you Karim!”

“I cannot rate Justin highly enough for his help and professionalism throughout my project.From the 2 sets of drawings he provided for my extension(had to change due to finances) right through to preparing the building regs for the job.He has a network of professionals who have also provided services to my extension,a steel calculation company for rsj’s and also a company who provide fast building control inspections whilst your job is being carried out.His prices for his services are very competitive and great value for money.Once again Thankyou for all your help Justin and good luck in the future”
