Frank took the time to introduce us to reputable contractors who have also been a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend PKAD for your next project.”

“Mark did a great job helping us design a new master bedroom and bath addition. The goal was to add first floor living space onto our waterview home without blocking any existing views. Also the house was nestled at the back of the property requiring us to alter the front of the house. We wound up adding a new entryway/foyer, full basement and decking as well. Mark was very exact with his work. He began taking measurements of the entire house and video taped the dwelling. He was able to show us visualizations on his home computer to help us get comfortable with the design.
