“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”
