“Paul was professional and knowledgable, he was always willing to put in extra effort to ensure a good job was done by himself, and by other tradespeople that we hired. As an architect he worked hard to get exactly what we wanted and was happy to redraw and remake plans when we needed him to. As a project manager he worked the tradesmen that were employed on the project hard, and ensured that they knew what they were doing, and were charging us a fair price. Because of this we were able to relax and feel that we were getting a good price for jobs that were being done, even when we were not overseeing them. We would highly recommend Paul for any architectural or project management work and would not hesitate to use him again if we were ever looking to undertake such work again. Thanks Paul for all your hard work and good luck in the future!”

“Lillie cottage was condemned Harvey came to look with a vision and a design , planning application building regulations and meetings at council was all done with his technical ability and experience , we are very grateful for all his hard work Lillie cottage is now an amazing open plan property as a family we are all very happy and would definitely recommend . “I would 100% recommend this professional to others.When I embarked on my long and interesting adventure of building myself a new house I employed Ian Garrett Design to project manage the planning process and the build. The build was easy compared to the planning process but on both counts I received superb back up from Ian and his team, professional at all times,nothing seemed to phase them, and if they didn't know where to source something, they would pretty soon find it. So if I was ever to build another house or indeed need assistance with any building project, I would be straight back to them, as i not only trust them, but they are awfully nice chaps.”
