“We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. He kept us well-informed throughout, explaining every appliance and piece of furniture that would be installed. They even invited us to their showroom, which we were really impressed by. It gave us so many ideas, especially for the worktops and pantries we wanted in our kitchen. Knowing that these could be supplied and fitted through them was a huge bonus. The whole team, including Wes, Matt & Max was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available and happy to listen and solve any issues we had. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient.
