Mark helped me designed a house on a rooftop, with several constraints and challenges and after many iterations Mark helped us nailed the right laout, maximizing light, living space and sensible circulation!

We bought a house with very problematic layout (one bathroom in the first floor at the back of the house) we needed to create a whole new flow to the house, with a budget of under 10K, They did a great job helping us achieve the max from the space we have, so thanks!

We finally had the courage to buy a Spanish house built in the 1930s, a fixer-upper, in a neighborhood that we love . One of our challenges was to maintain the style and character of the house and at the same time make improvements to the taste and needs of our family of 5 people constantly coming and going. The amount of decisions and work that is required when purchasing such a house can be pretty overwhelming and daunting, SpaceExpress made things easier with a clear design vision. Head designer Avi's resourcefulness, reliability and availability were major assets to the process. One of SpaceExpress's brilliant ideas was to connect the corridor to the backyard, not only we don't need to get out of the house to access our garden, our property has become much lighter and brighter
