About Us

Architectural services - technical drawing - planning & building regulation drawings - Project Manager/Working Forman - kitchen/rear extension /Loft conversion specialist. As a former builder with many years of experience. I approach matters from a practical perspective for my clients, working together to achieve a design that will work best for my them. Our drawing packages take it from initial design/concept through to detailed drawings for builders . We can even put a tender package together ,we are the complete design service. I have experience in designing and overseeing projects through all planning stages, and permitted development drawings, as well as building regulation processes. Conversions Extensions New builds Flats We are specialists in kitchen rear extensions and loft conversions, and turn drawings around within a 10-20 working day deadline from survey (for draft ready for submission).

Christopher and Amber were fantastic all the way through, getting drawings done and making planning application efficiently. They were both very professional and helpful throughout. We contacted Jones Projects regarding single storey rear and two storey front extensions to our property. Throughout the process, from initial consultation to design and finally submitting the plans to the council, Jones Projects were friendly, helpful and totally professional. We are planning a single story extension on the back of our house which Chris has helped design and draw up plans for. Chris has been a true professional throughout the process. Knowledgable, honest and prompt with his responses. Having had builders look through the plans, it is clear that Chris’s standard of work is very high and His prices are also competitive. We are currently waiting for a start date for the project however I feel reassured based on my experienced so far, that Chris will be happy help should we need him.

Chris is a nice bloke. Was happy with the drawings and communication was good. His wife Amber is also very helpful. She offered to assist us with some of the building control paperwork. Would recommend :-)
