A project we designed in 2020 and a great re visit the ground floor has been transformed to modern day working from home living space . With a complicated drainage situation that ran under the old conservatory meant we had to design the new extension around the surface and foul water sewage , we also gained approval with southern water for this .

The first floor was complicated with the roof pitches and the structural side but by adding lots of veluxs , sun tunnel as well as a walk over piece of glass .

We have achieved a spacious 4 bedroom 2 study 3 bathroom with a large living space split into 3 zones with a wood burner and dinning area with a utility room tucked away just off the kitchen .
