We were approached by the customer for full planning and building regulations on this project we had a consolation due to a tree and had to negate with the council on the size and location of the garage

A dated property that required update as part of the design there was major structural works including making the double garage into a snug sitting area . We got permission for a detached garage sited to the front of the house .

The work was completed by one of our approved contractor and the clients are very happy with the results .
