Design of a double story side extension .

We had to carefully design this extension around the public sewer system and enter an agreement with them to build over the sewer . We gained permission and (@Homedevelopmentssussex) carried out the build and was completed early 2021 .

We have been invited back to improve the downstairs kitchen / dinner element and have started to design this . All of the elements for this stage come under the permitted development so we will be preparing the building regulation drawings for this and submitting to building control .
