We got planning permission for this York stone house cladding and double story side extension in the middle of the Sussex countryside. We carefully placed the upper story in line with right of light laws and due to the objection by the neighbouring property had to ensure it complied . Also by appropriately designing a pitched roof over the garage harmonising the design making it more appealing visually. We are also redesign the drive way to make it a jack and Jill style utilising the wasted area to the front of the property.
