The customer approached us for planning and building regulations drawings for the larger home extension prior approval scheme we submitted in early 2019 see the photos of the completed project .

The floorspace of the extension has been enlarged to 76 sq metres and the doors in the rear extension are over 9 metres .

We also submitted drawings for a over the garage double story and garage conversion that has been approved at the same time and they start the work early next year . looking forward to seeing the final results.
