We were approached by the customer to extend the side extension further to the boundary . After recently gaining permission the pervious company wanted a 4 figure number to adjust the plans and resubmit to planning . The customer approached us and we were able to gain planning and building regulation approval with minimal fuss .

The client used there own builder and from the results looks great
