We Were approached by the customer for full planning and building regulations on this project - one of our approved builders we work with completed the project to a very good standard ,

Many Problems we had to over come - piled foundations due to tree roots with an additional problem to solve with the floor levels to accommodate the swim spar . Also the builder had t correct some of the house builders mistakes .

We designed the whole extension with swimming pool conditions with a full humidity system as part of the building regulation design .
