We were approached by the customer for full planning and building regulations on this project this was in a conservation area we are familiar with and gained approvals with minimum fuss at 9 meters long this was a great result - one of our approved builders we work with completed the project to a very good standard ,

Main Problem problem on this project we had to complete a minor sewer diversion and relocate manholes we gained permission with southern water . the pervious conservatory had been built on the shared sewer but we were able to secure permission to build over this .
