Burgess hill - New Build

I managed to gain planning permission for this build around 3.5 years ago . I have done the planning drawings including agent through the planning process to gain planning approval , building regulations drawings and we are carrying out the build as a self build project .

I started to pour the foundations in November 2019 and had most of the super structure up by the end February 2020 .

Along side working with a SAP Calculation that makes this home roughly 5 times more insulated as a normal traditional built property with cavity wall . I have avoided any solar gain i.e the requirement to having the sip panel such a high U-value , i believe the house is going to be very close to air tightness due to the type of construction.
