“Bought a custom made stainless steel window from Macmade. The window is better than I expected. I’m really pleased with it. Macmade did a great job. It took slightly longer to get than I expected but if I had ordered a standard Crittal window the lead time was 16 weeks and Macmade was able to get it to me within 12 weeks. All in all really pleased with the job.”

“Ben did a marvellous restoration job on a set of antique table legs (see photos) left to us by an elderly relative. The original table top was a large antique Cairoware brass tray,which simply rested on the legs, but given that this isn't the most stable arrangement when there are kids around, we asked him to make a recessed top for the table to match the legs, for the tray to sit in. He managed to source a lovely piece of timber, and colour-match it with the newly restored legs, so now it looks as though our table was designed that way. We now have a lovely family heirloom that we can actually use! Highly recommended.”

“Simon created two beautiful Oil on Canvas paintings for the Bluefish Project. The Bluefish is a marine science research project which focuses on the potential impact of climate change on coastal communities of Ireland and Wales. Simon painted two images, one which depicted the economic value / blue economy of the Irish and Celtic Sea on Irish/Welsh coastal communities and one which portrayed the potential impacts that climate change may have on those communities. Simon is a wonderful artist who is incredibly talented and has a great attention to detail. He is very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him.”

“We have loved working with Louisa, art consultant . Having moved into a new home, we had Louisa review our existing art. She was very honest and highlighted that art bought for our one bedroom flat 20 years ago may not work in our new family home! Louisa found places to hang some favoured pieces and then worked with us to find new pieces for six spaces including our study, living room, entrance, bedroom. Louisa was very patient with us and gave us lots of ideas to consider. We have ended up with pieces we love and enjoy every day.”

“I have purchased several picture from DegreeArt.com and each time have been wowed by the quality of the end to end service offered by the team. Everyone you speak to is able to help source, plan, (and in some instances hang) each piece of art to suit your taste and budget. If what they have isn't perfect they also offer a commissioning service which has enabled me, for example, to fit a particular piece to the space I have on the wall. I haven't had the same experience with other art websites (DegreeArt.com also have a gallery where you can see pieces in person before buying) and I don't think I would buy art from anywhere but DegreeArt.com.”

“Jill has helped me with varioius projects eg paint colour, creation of roller blind, garden advice. She combines creative thinking with practical, do-able solutions. She has a great eye for pattern and colour. She is relatable and easy to get on with. Anyone would enjoy working with her and would benefit from her experience. I used one of Jill's fabric designs for my kitchen roller bind. I had a great choice of design and am very pleased with the result- pictured. I am also showing a sample of her guinea fowl fabric which I am planning to have made up for my bathroom.”

“Will created and installed a beautiful mosaic that has truly enhanced our kitchen. He has managed admirably to capture the sense of movement in swallows and house martins, diving and soaring across the sky.
