“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb.
We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front.
He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive.
This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I have now used Jarda mulitple times and he has provided me with fantastic tiles and bathroom suites. He originally provided me with tiles for a house refurbishment over 2 years ago and I was extremely pleased with his overall service that I have not used anywhere else since. He has now assisted me with 4 residential refurbishments and provided me with stunning tiles for my office refurb. Jarda suggested a few tiles for my office as I was unsure of which tile would be professional and classy. Since installing them, every client that visits our office comments on how stunning they look. As I am an estate agent I have many landlords that request suppliers for refurbishment jobs and I would never recommend anyone that I did not trust 100%. I always recommend Jarda @ Letta as he has been able to provide better value items which offer good quality and a service to assist with building works. None of my landlords have ever complained!”
