We asked Antanas and his team to supply different sets of furniture for our house. I have no complaints about the quality of the furniture. It looks nice and it's sufficiently sturdy. What went completely wrong is the after sale assistance. When we pointed out the doors of the wardrobe were not of the style we chose and asked them to be replaced, they disappeared. We are left with a wardrobe that is not the one we chose. I have called and messaged Antanas tens of times, with no response. We also needed fheir support to pass some cables on the living room media centre, but we are left to sort this out ourselves. The customer service they provided to us is well below the minimum standard, and this unacceptable.

We have been working with Antanas on one relatively small project which turned into a nightmare. Customer was chasing me for a couple of years and A&A Bespoke Furniture didn't manage to fix the issue despite dozens of reminders from our side. The quality of the craftsmanship was terrible but the customer service was appalling. I don't recommend to work with this company because you can't trust them at all.

I would like to tell you about the work of this horrible company. 7 months ago we ordered a project from this company for a 2-bedroom apartment. The order included built-in furniture, wardrobes, and beds with a mechanism that allows storage underneath. We were promised that all the work would take and be finished in 4-6 weeks - they took a deposit but only after 6 weeks did they begin to install the inside frames of the built-in shelves, before just leaving it unfinished. After 2 months, the beds were installed - without legs, with a cheap mechanism that instantly broke, the frame of the bed broke in our hands, inside of the storage itself there was a bunch of wood shavings. The fabric wasn’t properly installed and was sticking out everywhere. And this bed cost £5000. We showed photos and videos to the owner of the company, to which he promised that he would come and fix everything, but he just vanished. In 4 months, he didn’t show up, leaving behind all the work that’s not done. All of the wardrobes were defected, without any doors - all the beds broken. And after we asked for them to return our deposit, he replied to us that we’re the ones who owe him money. We’re thinking that these are real scammers, who take deposits, come to the apartment, put it trash as furniture, so it would look like some work was beginning and then just vanish. BE VERY CAREFUL!

A very personal and professional service from start to finish. The consultation process was not rushed; the quoting and final agreement process was smooth and without pressure; the team were very quick to install the high quality (floor-to-ceiling) wardrobes with lighting and pull-down bed, plus separate desk and drawers; and we're absolutely delighted with the result. All of the work has delivered against the promise made at the start and the price was at least half of what might be paid to some of the more well-known larger companies who have huge advertising budgets.

Antanas and his team were brilliant. Fast, efficient and clean. Quality of work was excellent. Totally exceeded my expectations. I am getting ready to start my next project with them.

We’ve got our custom made bed and living room shelves units done by A&A Furniture company and we just can not cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone considering bespoke, quality furniture. The service was excellent from start to finish, A&A Team really listened to our needs, they designed, built and installed the furniture in a very timely manner and we could not be happier with the end result. We keep on receiving compliments each time we have guests in the house, especially with regards to the shelves, they are indeed an outstanding addition to our living room. Very well done, and hope we will work with Alina and Antanas on numerous projects in the nearest future!

I worked with Antanas on eight bespoke units across my house (made to fit cupboards, vanity units, shelving, wine cupbard etc). It started with three units but he did such a great job that I kept designing new pieces of furniture that he could help me with! Everything from more standard jobs, to some really complicated pieces including using the "Hawa Folding Concepta 25" slide and hide doors (where each hinge costs several thousand pounds), hidden TV lifts and bespoke wine racks with hidden LEDs, all were done beautifully in spray painted mdf and high quality Egger MFC. And the price was always reasonable, given quality of work and fixed upfront. ... but aside from the great products, most importantly for me was that Antanas was a real perfectionist who kept coming back until I was happy. Having come to the end of a long and complicated project with multiple contractors who let me down or didn't deliver what they had promised at the start, Antanas was a welcome breath of fresh air. Honest, hard working and great attention to detail. I can highly recommend. Photos available on request.
