“Hagerstown Kitchens is the epitome of quality wood cabinetry in Hagerstown and the surrounding area. We have done two home projects with them, a kitchen and a bathroom, and were extremely pleased with the final result. Dave was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. “My wife and I spent more than 3 months collecting estimates from different contactors for the renovation of our kitchen. After reading several highly favorable reviews regarding custom cabinetry from Watkins Cabinet Company, we narrowed our search to three competitive bidders. Although we changed our kitchen design twice after the initial design from Watkins, the professional folk at Watkins continued to provide us new hard copy designs based on our changing requirements. Their only comment regarding our changes and initial hesitancy with moving forward with the project was "we needed to do what is best for us." Did I mentioned that Watkins did not charge us for these designs. They were a delight to work with before and after the execution of our contract. Once they were in our home, they had every phase of the project timed in such a way that they completed the project in two weeks. Other contractors promised to complete the project in four to six weeks. The end result of their work is a beautiful kitchen that we are more than pleased with. My wife and I truly believe that hiring Watskin was best decision for us. We recommend this company without hesitation.”

“R.L. Quality Cabinetry and Millwork did an amazing job renovating my kitchen! Roger and his team changed my builder-grade kitchen with a poor lay out into the kitchen of my dreams. I was impressed with the attention to detail in every aspect of the project. Their craftsmanship and precision were evident in the custom panel wall created for the integrated refrigerator. Roger expertly shimmed each panel to deal with the uneven original walls. The entire team working on the project was very professional and responsive. They care about the quality of the work and getting the job done right. I highly recommend R.L. Quality Cabinetry and Millwork.”

“If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”

“My favorite part about working with Bravo Designs was the advisement we received from the designer. When we first began the process we had no idea where to start but the designer walked us through every step and always made sure that our needs were met. The recommendations were perfect for our kitchen. We were able to receive a beautiful new kitchen at a very affordable price! They were excellent, clean, efficient, and timely! They did a great job!!!”
