Allison was patient when we made changes and she was helpful at making suggestions. The contractor, C.J., was fantastic and we have since had him do other work in our home. “R.L. Quality Cabinetry and Millwork did an amazing job renovating my kitchen! Roger and his team changed my builder-grade kitchen with a poor lay out into the kitchen of my dreams. I was impressed with the attention to detail in every aspect of the project. Their craftsmanship and precision were evident in the custom panel wall created for the integrated refrigerator. Roger expertly shimmed each panel to deal with the uneven original walls. The entire team working on the project was very professional and responsive. They care about the quality of the work and getting the job done right. I highly recommend R.L. Quality Cabinetry and Millwork.”

“If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”

When we first began the process we had no idea where to start but the designer walked us through every step and always made sure that our needs were met. The recommendations were perfect for our kitchen. We were able to receive a beautiful new kitchen at a very affordable price! They were excellent, clean, efficient, and timely! They did a great job!!!”

“I have had the pleasure to work with East Side on our mid-century renovation project which required entirely custom cabinetry. The design featured radius corners and figured walnut; both integral to the design's success. Both elements created challenges that could not be fabricated by just any company. East Side lived up to the promises as you can see by the design. David Brandon, owner and founder also put into fruition our vision of a louvered sculpture pedestal and the second floor louvered cabinets in the homes curved study which was again complicated with meticulous details. David and his right hand man Mathew met the inherent challenges with intelligence and meticulous hand; and with a competitive bid. Now East Side is a reliable company that Donald Lococo Architects has added to our list of craftsman and we do not hesitate to reach out to and refer.”
