“I hired QDS Carpentry and Joinery to design and build bespoke alcove shelving and drawers for my living room. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and the beech alcove shelving and alcove cabinet with drawers look lovely and will last for years to come. From the early design stage right through to the final fitting, Alastair was careful to check details with us, including making suggestions for details and finishings that we'd overlooked and preventing us from making costly errors. “We have worked with Louisa over the last 2 years on a large project renovating and extending our 1920's home. She has been involved from concept and planning through to the finished house and we could not have created such a beautiful, unique home without her involvement. Her skills and expertise are so extensive, practical and creative that it is impossible to include all the amazing features and solutions she has been responsible for. A few highlights are: - understanding the overall style we wanted to create and working with us, our architect and builders on all key elements such as windows, doors, colour themes, internal and external layouts and finishes - working with us to ensure the layout and flow perfectly suited our family life - designing and creating a beautiful bar in what was the old kitchen, a stunning and 'wow' feature of the house - great room layouts including practical and feature lighting, wall and ceiling finishes and lots of beautiful and interesting areas, using 3D visuals - designing and project managing the production and fitting of bespoke fitted furniture for several bedrooms, the bar and boot room - producing mood boards for key areas and suggesting many options for finishes including sourcing materials, lighting and furniture - providing great practical support and 'rolling up her sleeves' to get the perfect finish It has been an absolute pleasure working with her and we can't thank her enough for helping us create such a beautiful home”

“I chose to work with Liz as I had seen some interiors she had been involved with on Instagram and liked the style. However I was apprehensive as I had never worked with an interior designer before and didn't know what to expect. Liz immediately put me at my ease, was reassuring that she could work within my budget and encouraged me to express my own style, not impose hers - she 'got' me. I found her suggestions invaluable in tying together three different functional spaces in one room, allowing each space it's own personality but ensuring they work together. Liz sent over samples and gave options so I could choose where to spend money and where to save it, and she has continued to advise when I've looked at other items for the space. I have appreciated her candour when things aren't right and her input when things are. Liz pointed me in the direction for retailers I hadn't heard of, quality furniture and sensible prices. We worked remotely, but I still felt Liz was engaged throughout and I hope we have the opportunity to work together again.”
