“While building a new house in 2013 my husband and I needed cabinets for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. We decided to try LilyAnn cabinetry and are glad we did. We assembled the cabinets ourselves using the excellent instructions provided (but decided to add glue for extra strength). LilyAnn Cabinets have an excellent customer service department. A few years ago we had two cabinet doors delaminate. We notified the company and their service department sent replacements immediately. Last month one of our bath cabinet self-closing drawers stopped working. I called customer service and spoke with customer rep. Angie Rueyan. She passed our problem on to the replacement parts department and within the hour a serviceman called and said since the cabinets were almost 9 years old he was not sure if he still had the exact same replacements, but he would send parts for us to try. They arrived about 10 days later but unfortunately were too long to use. I again contacted Angie and told her the problem. She again passed my email on to the replacement parts department and a week later I received parts that worked. Not only did the company respond quickly, but over the Christmas holiday yet! It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that not only has a good product but excellent customer support. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy self assembled cabinetry.”
