Bespoke Fitted Furniture Professionals in Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria
“Sam was energetic and enthusiastic to create a usable decking space in an area of our garden we tended to avoid (largely because our septic tank is deep down underground!)
As we wanted to incorporate two large stone slabs for an Indian fire pit, there was some heavy graft to start with. Sam worked consistently and, whilst taking his initiative on the framework of the decked area, he communicated with us to smooth out any snags/changes which appeared, quickly and satisfactorily.
One of the original plans was to make a removable section for when the septic tank needs emptying. Concerned that this would cause a certain level of instability and wobble, Sam has instead photographed the project taking particular note of where the secure boards can be lifted.
The end result is stunning and far from being just the decorative garden feature anticipated, we have a fantastic decking area we enjoy spending time on, whatever the weather!”
