“Petar and Koko were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were they friendly, clean, tidy, flexible and punctual but more importantly their attention to detail and professional skills were exceptionally good. They painted the hall and landing and installed spindles on the stairs. They removed an old floor, insulated underneath and installed a new wooden floor in the living room. They tiled in the kitchen and repaired cracks in the wall and ceilings. They replaced 2 radiators. We have already rebooked them to come back for the next project. Petar and Koko have set the standards by which all others will be judged!”

“Richard Leather is a first rate carpenter, designer and planner, and certainly the most thoughtful. Any job has opportunities, limits to what may be done, the right methods to be used, the best materials, and challenges. There are always implications in a course of action. Richard has the ability to find the best solution to reach a desired outcome and to avoid difficulties. His planning is meticulous and transparent; he is a very good listener, and will deliver the outcome you want and probably do it better than you could believe possible. If you want quality, this is what you will get. If you want cheap and cheerful, go elsewhere. Like all the best people, he is busy. Be prepared to wait a bit for a space in his diary.”

“Julius has done various handy jobs around my property over the last 2/3 years so I could not recommend him enough. Julius pays attention to the smaller details & he ensures that all work is completed to exceptionally high standards. “Sam was energetic and enthusiastic to create a usable decking space in an area of our garden we tended to avoid (largely because our septic tank is deep down underground!) As we wanted to incorporate two large stone slabs for an Indian fire pit, there was some heavy graft to start with. Sam worked consistently and, whilst taking his initiative on the framework of the decked area, he communicated with us to smooth out any snags/changes which appeared, quickly and satisfactorily. One of the original plans was to make a removable section for when the septic tank needs emptying. Concerned that this would cause a certain level of instability and wobble, Sam has instead photographed the project taking particular note of where the secure boards can be lifted. The end result is stunning and far from being just the decorative garden feature anticipated, we have a fantastic decking area we enjoy spending time on, whatever the weather!”

“Our house had wooden cladding on the front elevation which is south facing & had been there for 33years. Although still in reasonable condition it would eventually need replacing. A neighbour of ours has a house identical to ours & had employed a company to replace the timber with HardiePlank cladding. I spoke to Paul Colyer & asked for a quote to do my house. After a quick look at the house he quoted. As I had watched him at work over the previous few days I decided to ask him reclad our house. I found his standard of work to be very good as he is meticulous in what he does & rightfully proud of his work. He is a very friendly & likeable person & I would'nt hesitate to recommend him on his standard of work.”

“Militao Carpentry have just completed a fully fitted Bespoke wardrobe in my master bedroom. I have found working with this company a pleasure and I am truly delighted with the finished result.
