“Richard Leather is a first rate carpenter, designer and planner, and certainly the most thoughtful. Any job has opportunities, limits to what may be done, the right methods to be used, the best materials, and challenges. There are always implications in a course of action. Richard has the ability to find the best solution to reach a desired outcome and to avoid difficulties. His planning is meticulous and transparent; he is a very good listener, and will deliver the outcome you want and probably do it better than you could believe possible. If you want quality, this is what you will get. If you want cheap and cheerful, go elsewhere. Like all the best people, he is busy. Be prepared to wait a bit for a space in his diary.”

“I first engaged Lukasz because he had done the carpentry in the kitchen and the bathrooms of the house I bought. From that, it was clear that there was an excellent attention to detail as all the corners fit perfectly, and everything was well thought out with quality materials. Since then, he has also made built in wardrobes and fitted dado rails. In all instances the quality was great and the people working with him were very conscientious, paying attention to detail and tidying up after themselves. I have been very happy and will continue to use Lukasz for further work.”

“CDS Builders completed a complete refurbishment of 3 of my flats to time and budget. In addition to this they also repaired and painted the windows on one of my properties. All works carried out were of the highest standards. CDS Builders kept me informed of progress on a regular basis and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend CDS if you want a professional job completed within budget and will definitely be using them for any future works required.”
