    “I used ah peck flooring to re floor the entire downstairs of our home after a personal recommendation from a friend. The service from start to finish was great- from the office manager through to the floor fitters themselves. The whole process was explained to me very clearly at the start and the owner was very accommodating with my many questions! Theres a vast choice of flooring in the showroom and the owner, Corey, talked me through all the different options before we decided on a final product. I'm extremely happy with the finish of the floor- particularly as there were some quite complicated areas to work around. The workmen were also very friendly and clearly very capable. We love our floor and it really makes the house. We were able to get the colour to match our exact requirements - all at a very reasonable price too.     “We have had an oak kitchen floor refreshed and re-stained to 'better than new' by Eric from Surrey Flooring Services for c £500. More recently we commissioned them to rip out the carpets and restore the pine floor boards of the ground floor of our large detached 'arts and crafts' late Victorian house. This involved some complex plank matching and replacements, infilling the gaps between the planks quite apart from a total re-sanding , staining and sealing - all executed with great attention to detail at short notice, on time and on budget for c £4,500. We strongly recommend them.”

    “I selected Christian's company to replace the flooring in our loft apartment in a 200 year old building in the old Woolwich Arsenal. From the start he was extremely helpful, had good ideas and provided samples. They ripped up the old flooring to find a disaster beneath with lots of logistical problems, miles out of level, different levels, lack of insulation, plumbing issues etc. . Nothing seemed beyond them and the guys on site were always there early and left when it made sense to rather than on the dot. They solved every problem and laid a truly beautiful solid wood floor with a tiled area in the kitchen. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome which is now totally in keeping with its surrounding's, and the curved join between kitchen and living area was all Christian's idea and perfectly executed. Throughout the job Christian was always on top of things and he kept me informed. His team were extremely tidy, professional and keen to help. I would have absolutely no hesitation to use them again and recommend them. They even fixed my creaky Berkley fitted staircase.... A pleasure to do business with them and the price was competitive.”

    “Ivan Passas is a rare thing: a true craftsman and perfectionist who provides his clients a wealth of knowledge at a reasonable cost, within budget and on time. He takes on any job, small or large, with the same enthusiasm and he brings to it a seriousness which makes you feel that your job is the only one that matters. Every year we have to renew the wooden surfaces on our terrace, including expensive teak furniture. Most people simply put on a light coat of teak oil that leaves the furniture grey by the end of the season, but Ivan sanded down all surfaces professionally and applied several coats of teak oil to the furniture and Osmo Oil (German) for the Brazilian Iroko floor and now everything looks like new. He will do the same next year, Yet, in addition I have asked him to do the same thing for my hardwood cherry hand-made kitchen, as well as renew the wooden floors throughout our home. It would be hard to find anyone as good as Ivan , and his side-kick Paul, so he gets my highest recommendation. We are very grateful that he took on our job since we now have a friend for life that we can rely on for most of our building needs. Prof and Mrs Price, Kensington, London”
