“From the onset of the showroom experience to the installation of the carpet in my home (entire second floor and stairs) Riemer Floors exceeded my expectations. The salesman including the owner helped my wife and I select the perfect carpeting for our home. Riemer was also flexible when I had to change my install date several times due to a stair project in my home. Lastly the installers were fantastic. Not one scratch, dent, scuff, etc. to walls or molding. The installers finished the job by picking up and hauling away all old carpeting and padding, vacuuming the floors and walked me through each area of install to make sure I was completely satisfied. The carpet install on the newly constructed stairs is amazing. The look and feel of the new carpeting is wonderful and transformed the look of our home. I look for companies with superior customer service and Riemer Floors has routinely shown me this type of service. I have used them in the past on 2-3 other occasions and each time it has been a great experience. I will be back for future flooring needs. Thank you to the entire Riemer staff.”

“My husband and I have made 2 purchases from Jabro's since March 2016. The first was carpeting for stairs and a room size rug to cover hardwood floors under our bed. The second was for carpeting in our dog/computer room. Our experience was great from the first time we went end until the last room was completed. Dana our sales lady was great and even helped me with paint color. Also our installer Mitch was great and very professional.”

“Main Floor Covering brings more to the table than a quality product and price. I am impressed with the level of customer service and care. My purchase was small, about 200 square feet of flooring, with my kitchen contractor doing the work. But midway he ran out of adhesive and needed another pint or so. Main could order the smallest (1 gallon size) container in, but it would take some time. Rather than delay my installation Main just gave me a large container they hand on hand for their own installs and asked me to return what we didn't use. No charge. Then we were one tile short! Eric made sure my additional box of tiles got on the truck that day. Later, when I returned the tub of adhesive, I wanted to make a purchase of floor cleaner as a courtesy to the company that had gone out of its way for me. But, they wouldn't let me pay for it, just said to make a contribution to the 'pizza fund' which I did, gratefully. How was the pie guys? Our next project includes carpeting and Main Floor Covering is our new go-to.”

“I have worked with Room by Room flooring for many years. They have worked on all of our homes, boats and RV's. I cannot say enough great things! They are always meet deadlines and always beat any other prices. They work hard to keep customers happy. Not to mention, all of their installers are trustworthy and very clean which cleanliness is very important to me. Nothing is worse than new flooring and the house is left with garbage and material everywhere. When I arrive home after receiving new flooring or other services from RBR, I don't have to clean anything!”

“I have purchased both carpet and tile from Main Floor Coverings. The customer service is outstanding and the installers were neat, clean and installed very quickly. I would highly recommend Main Floor to anyone looking for wood, tile or carpet. Much better than a big box carpet store that is always trying to up-sell and aren't knowledgable about their products.”

“Great selection of products and the best overall price after shopping many other retailers including the big box store. The same price as the other guys "Sale" prices and got a much higher quality floor and carpet for it. Project went very smooth and their installers were fast and always on time. Had both laminate and carpet installed from Floor4Life and would recommend them to anyone.”
