Element 7

We thought we would write to let you know how delighted we are with the flooring. The finished colour and pattern have far exceeded our expectations. In addition, your staff were so friendly and pleasant and an absolute pleasure to have around! We would also like you to pass on our thanks to Gavin - we had a few problems with floor levels etc, but with his help, these were overcome amicably and professionally and the end result speaks for itself. With our great client on this project we specified Element 7 engineered flooring. We worked with Darren to have supplied and installed White Oil brushed Luna Larch across the bedroom area of this high-end renovated flat. I only came across these reviews whilst looking for a replacement floor as I went in there and also found them on the pricey side and ended up getting something from the shop around the corner from me, big mistake the floor has failed and insurance payout if is pitiful, I’ll be going back there but wished I’d gone there the first time as its ended up costing almost twice as much…

I was sceptical of the website at first as it looked a bit erotic…. but the showroom was huge and you can walk around on all the floors in room sizes which is really helpful, if you listen to the explanation there is a difference between the finishing they do compared with others as they guarantee it for 25 years, important for me as I was replacing a floor where the colour had become patchy after 2 years and short of sanding it all off and refinishing there was nothing else I could do (it had also started gapping) so decided to replace. I could have got a cheaper floor but as a friend had used them and recommended them and I am very happy with the result.

I have recommended Element 7 to my clients on numerous occasions and they have always been efficient, professional and personable whilst delivering an extremely high quality product with superb levels of workmanship.
