Sanctum Garden Studios
Garden Office Builders in Preston, Lancashire
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars31 March 2015
“Sanctum made and built a garden studio for my ceramics work. The studio was built by Gary exactly to specification and to a very high standard. Access to the site was not easy because the path had not been built but Gary managed to do the whole thing in the rain with no complaints whatsoever. Sam made the purchase administration behind the scenes seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Sanctum to any future clients.”
Valley Windows & Conservatories

“We first contacted Valley back in March 2019 via e mail. At this point they were one of several companies under consideration. We recieved a phone call from the office within a very short time but were out, we were pleased and surprised to get a call that evening from Dominic. We arranged a date for a site visit. In the intervening time we decided to pay a visit to their show space and office. We were so impressed we decided they were the company for us. Work started in April with the excavation and lowering of our existing patio. Various teams of bricklayers, fitters etcetera were involved all of whom were brilliant, not only for their skill but their attitude and respect for our property often going the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy. The finished product is exactly as we planned it ( with assistance from Dom) and has received much praise from all who have seen it.”
Conservatory Roof Projects

“For some time we were examining options to enable a dining room in our old country house on Exmoor, firstly convert the garage but that would mean a lot of work, and then we realised that the conservatory could be converted but not without some modification. Conservatories, typically too hot in Summer and too cold in Winter,we went looking for ideas and came across Conservatoryroofprojects who take the top of the conservatory off and put in an insulated roof. After direct consultation with Neal & Keith,we went ahead and the job was delivered in 5 days with a team of excellent committed craftsmen who worked solidly through all weathers. The tiles are synthetic but very realistic and matched the rest of the house, the insulation is bespoke to this company and provides a great ambient temperature now all year round and they constructed an "orange box" surround with down lighters as well as LCD lights in the ceiling. They also constructed a false wall along one side of the conservatory to give more privacy as well as plastering the stippled end wall + skirting. The end result is that we now have an all year round room with good light and pleasant temperatures so we are able to have Christmas lunch in what we call...The Garden Room...as well as Summer buffets. Compared to the other options we considered, this was by far the best alternative and great value.”

“First rate service from everyone at this company - we needed our 10 year old First Tunnel refurbished ( very sturdy service from that!) and all advice, ordering and service were exemplary. The work was done by the excellent team of Tim and Will, who were amazingly expert and efficient and I would highly recommend this company and their staff to anyone.”
