“I recently moved house, to a new area I am not familiar with, and wanted some help with window furnishings. Closs & Hamblin contacted by phone initially and asked me about my project, they arranged for a lady to come out to measure, and bring a variety of fabric samples. Julie was really helpful, and spent time listening to my ideas, then measured the windows, and advised on both poles and curtain headings. She then helped me choose the right fabric to go with my sofa, and talked through how the order would be made and fitted. I was then sent a quote, which I accepted. The curtains were hand made and delivered by a fitter, who installed the poles, and hung the curtains - again a seamless process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were really friendly, listened to my requirements, kept me informed all the way through my order and delivered everything on time.”

She could not have been more helpful and insightful and we feel like we got expert advice and just the right curtains for us. The lead time was as expected and fitting was equally impressive. The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”

“I found Hilary Jane on the internet - one of my best internet finds. I needed some blinds for bedroom windows made in very short order. Hilary could not have been more accommodating: - coming to the house to measure up; advising on the amount of material required and, most importantly of all, producing (and arranging the fitting of) the blinds within my deadline. Hilary's work is of a very high standard and she takes great pride in her workmanship. Since the initial "blind panic", I have asked Hilary to make roman blinds for the bay window in my living room and further blinds are in the pipeline. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hilary. The project date and costs given are for the first set of blinds, as our project to complete blinds for all of the house is ongoing”

“Best awnings ever. Thanks RA!! So I hardly ever write reviews – it’s just not really my thing but I felt really compelled to write one for RA Awnings because they just did a bang-up job. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier! The awning just looks awesome and is kind of high tech too with angle changes for optimal shade and fancy LED lights for evenings. Super cool. The team that came to install were great. Showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and just really professional. And the awning itself? What a game changer! No exaggeration, our patio just feels more comfortable and looks great too. We’ve actually started spending more time outside and our friends have given us some really nice compliments. For a luxury buy the awning offers value for money when you consider the durability and peace of mind that comes with the 5 year guarantee. Anyway, that's the end of my rant haha. Just wanted to say a big shout out to the RA team. You guys did a solid job and we love our new awning. Highly recommend these folks if you’re needing something like this.
