“Jo-Anne has designed window treatments for my living room, dining room, bedroom - a real challenge, with five (!) windows, one in the corner - , bathroom and my son's room. In every room, she captured perfectly the look I was trying to accomplish. She listens and observes one's personal style, and translates that into just the right look and feel in her excellent work. I think every home owner should have a Jo-Anne in his/her life! My home now reflects me in every room. Thanks, Jo-Anne!”

On another project Kathy explained why the end product would not be acceptable to ME, and she was correct. I rely on her knowledge. I know live about an hour away and would drive right back there on any project.”

“Excellent quality!! I just received my roman shade order from White Cottage and am very happy with the quality of workmanship and price. I was stuck on the measurement and called their customer service and they helped walk me through. I just ordered more fabric samples and will be purchasing drapes for my dining room next.”

With their guidance I selected carpet, upholstery and window treatments that have blended seamlessly with existing decor and enhanced my living, dining and sun rooms and master bedroom. “Beautiful job!! I hired Tracy to make custom drapes for 4 rooms including my master bedroom, my son's room and our living room and dining rooms. We also had her make custom roman shades for our dining room and kitchen and for our son's bedroom window. She did an incredible job! From start to finish, Tracy is wonderful to work with. She's happy to offer creative ideas or suggestions if asked. She was wonderful at helping me to make decisions each step of the way - and especially great at helping me visualize options! In addition to the custom drapery and roman shades, Tracy created amazing slipcovers for 2 couches that we had inherited but hated. My husband literally thought I had bought new couches when he saw them after Tracy was done! She made custom pillows for us as well in 5 different fabrics that we can now switch out depending on the season! When I say Tracy transformed our home, I mean it. We get compliments ALL THE TIME on our window treatments. Tracy is professional and talented. We will absolutely hire her again in the future.”

“It was a pleasure working with Andrea! She did an excellent job listening to my needs and offering the right type of blinds to suit three of the rooms in our home. She was very easy to work with and extremely efficient. She did a great job not only in providing design suggestions, but also in calculating the proper window measurements for my blinds. “Winter 2012 I hired Window Designs Etc. to create window treatments for my large living room picture window. I selected a Hunter Douglas remote controlled silk shade to filter the sun during the day, and then Marie Mouradian and I worked together to create a unique jabot design in ivory dupioni silk to frame the window. The result is functional and beautiful. The window treatment is lined and well made with every attention to fine detail. Marie is a lovely professional who provided qualitative, prompt service. Her rates are competitive, but her personalized attention is invaluable. She and her husband professionally installed the shade, the window treatment, and even hung some other drapes for me. They later came back to hang mirrors and pictures. They are personable, professional, genuinely caring people. My window is beautiful. It is the focal point of the room, and I have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. I am very pleased with my experience with Window Designs, Etc.”
