“Jo-Anne has designed window treatments for my living room, dining room, bedroom - a real challenge, with five (!) windows, one in the corner - , bathroom and my son's room. In every room, she captured perfectly the look I was trying to accomplish. She listens and observes one's personal style, and translates that into just the right look and feel in her excellent work. “Winter 2012 I hired Window Designs Etc. to create window treatments for my large living room picture window. I selected a Hunter Douglas remote controlled silk shade to filter the sun during the day, and then Marie Mouradian and I worked together to create a unique jabot design in ivory dupioni silk to frame the window. The result is functional and beautiful. The window treatment is lined and well made with every attention to fine detail. Marie is a lovely professional who provided qualitative, prompt service. Her rates are competitive, but her personalized attention is invaluable. She and her husband professionally installed the shade, the window treatment, and even hung some other drapes for me. They later came back to hang mirrors and pictures. They are personable, professional, genuinely caring people. My window is beautiful. It is the focal point of the room, and I have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. I am very pleased with my experience with Window Designs, Etc.”

“Without reservation, I HIGHLY recommend this business. We have used Lisa three times to install plantation shutters in our homes both in Derry (2012) and Londonderry NH (2016). We found her to be a perfectionist, easy to work with and trust-worthy, She gave an estimate for final delivery and met the completion-delivery date each time. Her pricing was excellent; we have 24 windows in this home and I had Lisa install the shutters on ALL the windows!”
