“I purchased 2 sets Craft-Bilt aluminum railings and feel they are the best on the market. They are all aluminum (no plastic parts), and unlike most others all bolts. screws, etc. are not visible on the finished product. I am a retail customer and installed the railings myself following their installation guide... and the folks at Craft-Bilt are very helpful. Great product at a very competitive price... better than the big box outlets.”

“We worked with Ross to build a two car garage on a small lot in mid town Toronto. Ross also was instrumental in helping us rework our backyard into a garden oasis. Our garage is extremely well built and has added to the qualitative and quantitative value of our home. Ross was professional, prompt and very respectful and responsive to our concerns. We really felt that his attitude and expertise made a major renovation much less stressful. I would recommend Ross and Benchmark Building Services Inc. without hesitation...and in fact, have done so numerous times. I would re-hire Ross for our next renovation or new build project. “We were very happy to meet Jason and hire him to re-finish our deck. Our deck was constructed over 27 years ago. Rotting boards had been replaced and it had been re-stained many times; but Jason and his crew managed to make it look like it was almost new again. I was very pleased with the finished product and would recommend the Property Butler.”

“We had our awning installed last year by Canadian Shade. Chris met with us at our home and went through all of the options available to us. He was very knowledgeable on the products and allowed us to weigh the pros and cons of the different systems available. Three weeks later, their crew came and installed the awning. They were very courteous and completed the job within a few hours. A few months later, we were having an issue with our wind sensor and thought it was broken. We called Canadian Shade and Chris was back the next day. As it turns out, it was just an issue with the battery which he replaced that day. No cost. No complaints. He was happy to help. Chris called us recently and asked us share our experience and we were more then happy to do so. Working with Canadian Shade has been a pleasure and we will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future backyard projects.”
