“We were very happy to meet Jason and hire him to re-finish our deck. Our deck was constructed over 27 years ago. Rotting boards had been replaced and it had been re-stained many times; but Jason and his crew managed to make it look like it was almost new again. I was very pleased with the finished product and would recommend the Property Butler.”

“I recently had 3 single Redwood Sheds made for my home. I was looking for a garbage shed that wasn't ugly. When I saw Redwood Sheds I thought, wow! That's what I'm looking for! The pine wood and cedar roof means my garbage doesn't have to look like garbage. I also loved the fact that I could get 3 single sheds as my space was tricky to fit a large garbage shed that you typically find.”

“We worked with Ross to build a two car garage on a small lot in mid town Toronto. Ross also was instrumental in helping us rework our backyard into a garden oasis. Our garage is extremely well built and has added to the qualitative and quantitative value of our home. Ross was professional, prompt and very respectful and responsive to our concerns. We really felt that his attitude and expertise made a major renovation much less stressful. I would recommend Ross and Benchmark Building Services Inc. without hesitation...and in fact, have done so numerous times. I would re-hire Ross for our next renovation or new build project. “Gordon did a great job replacing our large fence. The work was done on time and at the price quoted. Project was completed spring 2018 and the fence is holding up very well, no twisted posts and gates still align perfectly. He provided great ideas on design with custom options.”

“Gordon from Wood Bully did both our front deck and stairs as well as Our back ones. The end result was even better than I had dreamed of. The project came in on budget as well as on time. They were meticulous, clean and paid great attention to detail. They touched base with me along the way during the project to make sure I was happy with my decisions and didn’t want to amend anything. Gordon was very polite, professional and easy to do business with. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.”
