“Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. They certainly met ours.”

They did such a great job, some of the homeowners in my area asked me who painted and then painted in the same colors. I guess copying my style is the best form of a compliment. LOL!! “Matt and Lucan are awesome! Here is why I mean it. 1. They delivered the project as promised, on time, and as per the financial estimates 2. The quality of their work is precise and they raised the bar quite high 3. They were really cooperative and helped me to find the best balance between the cost and final product (no compromises with the quality). The 3D design models they used were really the selling point of their project. My wife and I were 100% in once we saw the pictures of our “future” backyard. “We hired Mila and her crew after admiring several of her award winning projects. After our first meeting with Mila we knew that her design ideas and style would match what we were looking for to renovate our home. Mila exceeded our expectations throughout the 4 month interior and exterior transformation of our home. She and her crew was always pleasant, punctual and professional. Mila was able to anticipate our needs and direct our focus to ensure we stayed within budget. She was excellent at communicating with the trades to make sure that everything was carried out as planned. She brought a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to our project. She provided many suggestions that we hadn't thought of. We had a very strict budget and Mila managed to deliver more than expected within budget and timeframe. We have received lots of fantastic comments from friends and neighbours. We absolutely love our new home and we credit a lot of that to Mila's talent and hard work.”

“Sprucehill Contracting project managed a major renovation for us in North Vancouver, which included an addition to the second level of the home, and a complete gut-and-rebuild of the interior space. In addition to the routine challenges faced in any renovation, the job had the additional challenge of being subject to work on a streamside protected property in the District of North Vancouver (the house literally sits over a creek). Any time we ran into a challenge with sourcing materials, working within our budget or working within the strict streamside bylaws, we felt that this team had our back and our best interests at heart. We were very well informed, and well listened to every step of the way. Erik and the Sprucehill team were able to navigate through the bylaws and restrictions within the DNV, work seamlessly with our designer and build our dream home, both on time and on budget. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the team and the results. Would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking to do a small renovation to a complete build from the ground up.”

“All the support posts for our car port were rotten and needed to be replaced. The estimator from Kerr came over and reviewed the project. We discussed my requirements: demolition, post replacement, cedar siding and plexiglass windows. The estimate was acceptable and I gave the project the go ahead. Shawn was the contractor for the project. He was very pleasant. We reviewed the job and discussed his suggestions, all of which were positive. Shawn raised some concerns after the demolition. This resulted in additional work and materials. I was very concerned about the overruns but after conversations with Shawn and Dave I agreed to proceed. The end result is excellent. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.”
