Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“As a contractor I always look forward to working with CG&S Design Build and installing the beautiful landscapes of Architect Gregory Thomas. Over the years I have worked for CG&S I have always been amazed at the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail that I see. They are precise, punctual and always do what is best for the project and the client. I do believe that honesty and the drive to satisfy the client is what has taken them to the top of their game. Many times as a landscaper I am the last person on site. During the project I get to know the clients and spend a lot of time working with them on the details of the landscape, after all the dust has settled, I can say with all honesty that the clients are always happy and in love with their new home or remodel.”

“Tyler Jones is one of the best General Contractor I have worked with. He and his crew have the knowledge of construction and applicable building codes to complete projects. I am a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in this field and I met Tyler in one of the projects my company designed. He is the most hones, trustworthy, respectful young contractor, with incredible insight of how the construction is progressing, foreseeing any issue well in advance and then coordinating with the engineer to resolve them. “I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. “Forsite Studio handled the design/construction of a detached carport and accessory dwelling unit, plus additions to main house. A professional, creative and conscientious team, they were easy to work with and it was a fun project. The apartment was featured on the city's annual "cool house" tour for energy-efficient homes. It is beautifully designed and is currently rented for top dollar. I highly recommend Forsite Studio.”

“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”
