“Marius and his team are not only professional and hard-working but also unusually sensitive and attentive to the requirements of the customer. We had very little experience of dealing with builders and were rather apprehensive at the start of the process but were soon completely reassured. “James and his team were incredibly professional throughout the project. The design ideas and the building work involved to “make them happen” were exemplary. The management and communication of expectations and price as we uncovered challenging issues with the cottage were also very clear and easy to understand from a layman perspective. With reference to COVID, the team were always very respectful of the necessary working practices and despite materials being somewhat scarce there were no delays to the completion of the project.”

“James did a great job for us in our flat, replacing all the internal doors and installing associated door furniture etc - laying a v. complex parquet floor amazingly well and also levelling the joists underneath as well as installing extra insulation beneath the floor. He also built us two sets of floor to ceiling wardrobes which turned out brilliantly and he also built us alcove units and cupboards in our sitting room. James is great to deal with and his workmanship is top quality. We can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him again in the future.”

“'We engaged Compass Design and Build to carry out a double-storey side extension and full refurbishment of our house. From as early as the initial quote, they produced detailed plans, costs and timings with clear thought about the whole process. The work involved liaising with many different third parties - security companies, bi-fold door companies, landscapers, interior designers etc and these relationships were managed very efficiently; with timings constantly adhered to. The team were consistent and easy to work with.'”

“I run a late night bar in St Ives Cambridgeshire and have worked with Flawless for several years now. They have completely renovated 2 Large customer bathrooms to a very high standard following our requests and ideas. We had a very limited deadline on both bathroom projects so to not affect our trading times and they worked incredibly hard to achieve this from working sundays to very long days something you don't always see with tradesmen! The team also carry out general maintenance for us and have worked on other projects outside of kitchen/bathrooms within our premises. I have more projects due and i will not hesitate to call the Flawless team!”

“We recently had an extension and commissioned Sarah from Whitehouse Interiors to help us plan the space internally, making it work for us as a family and also the design of the kitchen. Sarah's understanding of the brief was excellent and we are so pleased with the end result. Sarah has great creativity, styling and is easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Whitehouse Interiors as our kitchen would not look like this without them. Great service and worth every penny.”

“I have used Robert on a number of occasions, in this case it was for the removal of a chimney breast. Robert is well presented, polite, professional and does a good job. He can handle difficult situations (in this case we we had a structural support issue requiring engineering after the start) and does so without the need to complain or charge a fortune for additional works. When minor issues arise after the works have been complete I have never had a problem with him coming back to address them. Frankly given some of the terrible experiences I have had with builders, I have not hesitation recommending Robert as a competent and reputable builder.”
