Jeff DeVol is an aging in place specialist and helped us design an open shower with a linear drain and added blocking in the walls for additional grab bars in the future. We also widened openings, installed tile flooring, and removed some closets for a more open floor plan. Adding a ventless fireplace and converting a third garage bay to a weight room allowed the home to better meet our family's needs. DeVol's team was competent and courteous. The arrived on time and consulted us on every change that occurred in the field. We ended up with only a 1% cost overage in change orders, one item a lighting change at our request.”
