“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“We hired Arciform nine years ago to remodel our kitchen and add some touches to the adjoining rooms. The work itself was excellent; the people we worked with were top notch; and with one exception the sub-contractors were excellent as well. With regards to the exception, Arciform not only apologized but gave us a slight discount in that area of work and let us know they would no longer be working with the gentleman in question. Our first bid from Arciform came in about 20% over what we wanted to spend. Unlike the other company we were considering, Arciform didn't try to pressure us but spent several hours with us re-working the bid and showing us what could be eliminated at what cost. Highly recommend. Nine years later we continue to love our kitchen and find it a joy to be in.”

“I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you have.”

“Giving Linda Evans five stars does not seem adequate to express our complete joy and satisfaction that we experienced during our six month remodel. Our fabulous kitchen and main level powder room took first place in the 2010 Oregon Home Remodelers Association competition. We loved the entire process from the endless mini shopping trips with Linda, to seeing how she kept everyone accountable for doing their very best work, to the smallest of details we never realized! Linda's knowledge and experience shone through as we worked with the numerous vendors in Portland. We saw their level of respect for her everywhere we went that summer. Linda is the real deal, putting her heart and soul into making our home the lovely place that it is! If you are wondering what our remodel looks like up close, just ask Linda. She will arrange for you to stop by for a quick personal showing, as we are that confident in who she is and what she can offer you! Linda Evans Design is a 10 in our eyes!”

“Birdsmouth Construction created a beautiful custom deck for our family that included lighting, hidden fasteners, custom metalwork.....a simplicity of form that required an amazing amount of finesse and engineering before construction could begin. Josh's attention to detail is incredible, the fit and finish work he/his crew does is untouchable. Josh is an absolute pleasure to have about as he's so hardworking yet always open to discussion/collaboration. Josh is honest, funny, a child and dog magnet and he takes extreme pride in his work. He was so considerate about how he left the site daily, taking our family's enjoyment into consideration....all was so tidy. Timelines were met consistently and all felt so smooth and easy on our side. He's a total professional. There should be an option for more stars! We have had quite a bit of work done on our home; as it's quite old, we won't hire anyone but Josh on future projects.”

“We worked with Refresh Renovations to repaint our home interior. Chris and team did a great job. Very responsive to all communications, handled all of the bids and scheduling. There were some minor touch ups required, which Chris addressed the same day. The work was completed in a day, rooms were left clean and our kids were able to sleep in their own rooms the same night. Very happy with the end result!”
