He provided a roll-in shower, ADA commode and vanity that has greatly improved the use of this space. He also built pocket doors into the new bath and the walk-in closet. He removed the popcorn ceiling and painted everything. It is beautiful! We will have he and his crew begin on a smaller 2nd bathroom on March 17. We are again looking forward to great results. “We hired Rick’s Silver Construction Co to enclose a 20 X 15 3rd car side load garage into Studio/Office addition to our home. We were able to leave the Garage door intact, they just finished it as though it was not there on the inside, installed insulation and a small AC system. They were very courteous and understanding to our gated neighborhood. The jobsite was kept clean and was hardly obtrusive to be honest, they were so efficient, our neighbors had no idea construction was going on. Throughout the project we were kept informed on a daily basis of the month long progress which included a finished brick veneer and Luxury vinyl plank on the floor . They also listened to any suggestions we had specifically on light placement and shelving in the small storage closet we requested. The project not only included the studio/Office but also a small courtyard, walls, gate, stone on the exterior of the walls, paver walkways with raised flower beds. After the project was over and throughout the last year any questions we have had has always been answered thoroughly and followed up promptly. I have already recommended this group to others and am definitely looking to use them again on further projects we have coming up.”
