“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. “Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Bill Eiler is the first person I call when starting a design project. He heads up my Dream Team of tradesmen. He is professional in every sense of the word. A skilled carpenter, talented designer. His work is beautiful. He is punctual, courteous, great at troubleshooting. I would not do a project without him. I met Bill when he remodeled our master bathroom in 2010. He built and installed wainscoting, cabinets, a gorgeous frame around the mirror. The following year he helped me re-configure the kitchen with new cabinets, built in double ovens. I trusted his guidance and am so pleased with the outcome. He also converted a walk in closet into a home office for me with a desk and cork board on one side and file drawers with cabinetry on the other side. A small but very functional oasis for me to work. Bill and I just finished remodeling a house in San Clemente. He constructed new cabinets for the kitchen, media center for family room, a new vanity for the powder room. The absolute show stopper is his built-in bed for the girl's room. He designed elegant casements for the doorways in the dining room and master bedroom. His craftsmanship is evident in every room of the house. We are starting a new house this week! “Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. We decided to go with Greenwise Construction because they provided excellent customer service and took their own time to go above and beyond our meetings to research design solutions and answer any questions we had. Not only did we feel that their experience qualified them to do this project, we also felt very comfortable with them as a team - I dont know if it was because its a close knitted family group of workers, but my husband and I had an instant connection to their team and that also helped us make our decision to go along with Greenwise Construction. Throughout the process, we felt comfortable to ask questions and they were always happy to answer them. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. “Susan of Dolcini Design has been a real blessing in my life. I sought out (on my own) to give the outside of our home a new facelift. I didn't realize how many things there were to consider. I became overwhelmed with all the decisions to make and was recommended to Susan by Foam Concepts, Inc. after asking them if they knew of anyone that could help me with my project and they did. She came to the home, toured the inside to see our tastes, and took on the job of totally re-facing the outside of our home. She helped me select stucco color, garage doors, front door, trim around all windows and even the lighting and landscaping.
