“When first coming to Marco Island to investigate potentially buying a lot and then building a home, we decided to work with Frey & Son Homes, specifically, David Milner. Not only is David very familiar with Marco Island and pointed us to a perfect lot for our needs/price range. He also has helped in the initial phases of choosing to build with Frey & Son Homes and worked with us as much as needed to get us comfortable with the process. (This will be the first home we have ever built). The decision was finally made mainly because David made us feel very good about what is to come. The builder/architect/designer have all also been extremely helpful and we are getting to the phase where the plans will be submitted for approval. Again, I can't imagine anyone have more questions than we have had and all have been answered in a timely and thorough manner. THANKS to the whole team and we can't wait to finally make our move to beautiful Marco Island.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“Very pleased with almost everything. Hampson Design has a great deal of experience in renovating/creating additional space in high rise apartments - a more specialized field than your average contractor. We were certainly able to benefit from his experience and knowledge in enclosing balcony (11th floor/water views) to create a new room for us out of 'old' underutilized guest room. Our objective was to reclaim square footage for my husband and I to actually use on a day-to-day basis from former two bed/two bath guest suite. We only added about 100sf, but we now have a large room that works the way we do!”

“Sarah Anderson has been my Designer for over 10 years. She has helped me decorate 3 homes. I continue to use her because she is both professional and fun! She doesn't mind giving me time to decide what I like and continuing with ideas and suggestions until it feels right. She is very patient! She is also very attune to detail and understanding about budgets as well. We have sold two of the homes where she had found beautiful colors for walls and custom furniture in LR, DR, Family Room and Kitchen and those homes sold very quickly because they were so beautifully decorated. Our Realtors loved her because they didn't have to stage the houses! Currently we are remodeling our kitchen in Dallas. The colors she chose are gorgeous (my husband also trusts Sarah and likes what we have done). I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!”
