What is more, Alex exhibited extreme patience with the multitude of changes that we made to the plan. The 3D platform made it easy for us to see exactly where these changes needed to be made. “My wife and I commissioned Dyehouse Comeriato (Frank Comeriato) to help design/plan a complete renovation of a 6,500 single family home in Naples. We had some very specific features we wanted to incorporate into the redesign but had limitations due to setbacks and various space limitations. Frank has been incredible in helping us with a great mixture of creativity and patience. As Frank translated our design intent into plans, he gently pointed out where certain trade-offs might exist. We realized the design process would evolve, though we underestimated how many revisions we would ask Frank to consider and plan out for us. At every turn, Frank has been extremely attentive, accessible and a great listener. His commitment has been to help us design the home in which we want to live, versus being weighed down by his or others' preferences. That said, he has always shared his opinion when asked and his knowledge has helped us avoid some serious design errors. We can't recommend Frank and his firm highly enough.”
