“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

“Dane was recommended to me through a mutual friend. Very approachable, friendly and willing to help. He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”

“Dayfos are an example of a good company with excellent job delivery as agreed from inception to end. They handled the whole renovation project with excellent touch and professionalism. It's one thing to ask someone to do a job for you and another for them to create an experience for you, This company have made this project our newly renovated home cosy for us, I will recommend them to anyone at any day and any time - thanks for giving us value for money”

“I have dealt with a few building contractor in the past and none of them comes closer to spectrumhomesinc. They provided me with a 5 star service for the works that i engaged them to do, which included an extension to the house, new kitchen, re-roofing and a new drive. The works were done in a professional way with high quality. More importantly the works was finished a few day earlier which meant than i could enjoy the new kitchen that they fitted. Excellent company.”

“We investigated a number of companies building the traditional way in oak and decided this was the best combination of price and quality. The first contract was for a garden room (conservatory) and it was completed on schedule within budget and the final result was better than we anticipated, despite having spent a lot of time on the details during the design stage. The site team was brilliant, friendly, very tidy and really caring about the details. We were so impressed we also contracted for an new entrance porch and and a replacement bay window. Both are now complete and we are really pleased with the end result. Only slight problem was the last job was delayed several weeks as the subcontractors had too much work on and needed a lot of chasing to get on with the job. Despite this a couple of weeks is nothing compared to the decades this should last looking great.”

“2nd Generation Building Services has completed two extension projects on my fairly ordinary 3-bedroom semi in Birmingham. In both cases, Nick Jones has projected managed the whole exercise wonderfully! Right from the beginning, there was full consultation about what I wanted and the project quote was very reasonable and detailed. Once accepted, I had a full project chart, which gave me a clear idea of how the project was going to pan out over several weeks. Nick has either been here, texted or emailed every day, so that I have known which professional to expect - builders, roofers, plasterers, electricians etc - and the timings have all been adhered to. He has been flexible about possible changes as we went along and has been an excellent source of advice throughout. I have confidently been on holiday and left him to it! I highly recommend 2nd Generation Building Services. Helen Gale (Dr), Kings Heath, Birmingham.”
