“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“Ryan is very knowledgeable and he explains what the project entails at the beginning of our first meeting. He has extremely capable workers/companies doing all the work; Ryan schedules all the projects so there is no problem with workers showing u[p unannounced. The project was therefore a smooth project. Ryan kept us informed on a daily basis, including his description of all costs.”

“Frank is just fantastic. His vision of ideas, eye for detail are honestly incredible. My regret is I didn't have him build me a house from start to finish. After admiring his work for many years in the Fox Valley I met him and his team and had them do a few projects. I highly recommend ON Edge Design & Construction in St. Charles, IL . You will not be disappointed and you will have unique features and a workmanship you will enjoy for many years. HIs creativity is endless. “"We fall in love with our new home every day! We noticed that Castle Bldrs signs were on the nicest homes in the neighborhood we were considering building. We checked with a friend who is a banker who has dealt with dozens of custom builders in Chicago and Castle Bldrs was at the top of his list. Castle Bldrs helped us shop for land and get a great deal on it. Once the land was acquired we went through 3 types of layouts ¬a ranch, a traditional 2-story, and we finally decided on a 2-story with a first floor master bedroom. We spent hundreds of hours with them making sure we were going down the right path with our dream house and it didn't cost us a penny. We would never have imagined the type of service and dedication they gave to our home. And the ideas kept coming even after we broke ground and those are the biggest highlights of the home ¬like the barrel foyer with recessed lighting and the diamond shaped beam ceiling in the great room! Castle Bldrs built us a dream house that we are very proud of and love showing off and we still can't believe how reasonable the numbers turned out!
