“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. “BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“Complete renovation of 1950s Georgian; electric, plumbing, roof to flooring. We moved out for 10 mos. for the project. The job was completed on time and beautifully executed with each change order quoted, documented and signed. Delta has been a renovator since 1985 specializing in kitchen and cabinet desig Crew is talented, trustworthy, respectful. They have been with Delta for many years showing the capability of the management and the communication within the company. Owner, Mark Zurek expects nothing but perfection and accountability from his employees, subs and the professionals he works with. For example, one year after the completion of the job, Mark came over to see our cement driveway that had cracks in it. He had the sub come back and re-do the job on their bill. He was still not satisfied and had done again. He was fully accountable to his workmanship. This blew us away! His master carpenters built our Library panelling, shelving and our mudroom lockers. I showed pictures of what I liked and they dew up a custom plan and it is beautiful. We completed our job 6 years ago and we are still in awe of Delta Renovation's workmanship. We hire Delta to work on our house to this day. I would recommend him to anyone hands down.”
