“Greg from Hammer Contractors was one of the best I've worked with. We have not actually started the work yet, but he gave great information and outlined the steps involved in getting it done. He was punctual, and always followed up with an email to check the status of my talks with the bank. He was always respectful and actually listened to us. We will definitely be working with him again.”

“Spectrum has done a full bathroom and basement renovation for us, in addition to several smaller projects including replacing all the exterior doors to the house and refinishing our front porch. The quality of the work is excellent. Communicating for the purpose of planning and providing feedback is easy due to their rapid response and liberal use of email and cell contact. They responded well to feedback regarding the work site when we had complaints about dust and so forth. The quality of their work holds up; our bathroom completed in 2008 continues to be in terrific condition. They were described by the person who referred them, an architect, very accurately. "They're not the cheapest, but they're the best." I highly recommend them.”

“Design Alternatives built my new house and did a fantastic job. The project lasted for 18 months and was very detail oriented with some unexpected problems along the way (including discovering our foundation needed to be built over an active spring and running into some complicated drainage work for the property). Design Alternatives made dealing with the problems very easy and they worked great with our architects. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.”

“I have hired contractors for three "major" projects over the past five years; one was good, one was really awful (and I am in litigation with him), and then there is Design Build Remodeling Group. DBRG was outstanding in every way. They made me feel like part of the family, taking my project personally. They were as neat and clean as a contractor can be, and followed through on every detail. They have come back to stand behind their work as recently as a few months ago...and without question! They offered a full complement of services from sales (thanks Brian Titus!), an interior designer who was phenomenal (thanks Deb Bolster!) to architectural design drawings (thanks Phil!), to a project manager who was unbelievable (thanks Todd Swanson!). My next and last project (which will complete a whole house renovation) is a kitchen gut-out and remodel. DBRG is the only builder/remodeler that I would consider!”
